The headquarters of our Koraku Hotel is Minoru Sangyo, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery. We are a company that thinks about "agriculture", connecting farmers hand in hand.
At Restaurant TOMOE, you can enjoy creative dishes that allow you to taste the bounty of the harvest while feeling a little closer to "agriculture".
Executive Chef Akira Kamiyama
I have been involved in hotel cuisine for many years with the idea of serving dishes that come to mind first when you think of traveling. Restaurant TOMOE offers fresh ingredients grown in-house or locally, flavored and prepared with experience. Enjoy a memorable dining experience in Okayama.
Became Executive Chef at Koraku Hotel in 2021, after working as Executive Chef at Okayama International Hotel.
Breakfast
We carefully prepare dishes using not only fresh seasonal local Okayama ingredients, but also ingredients grown in-house, and deliver them with a rich individuality based on French cooking techniques.
