About Reservations
- I made a reservation through the official website, but I have not received a confirmation e-mail.
- Please make sure that your registered e-mail address is correct and that it is not in your spam folder.
Especially if you are receiving e-mail from a cell phone address, it is likely that in many cases your security settings do not allow you to receive e-mail from PCs.
Please set your device to receive emails from "@korakuhotel.jp" in advance.
You can also check your reservation details on the "Manage Your Booking" page on the website. (You can also contact us by phone.) - What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellation fees apply as follows.
No-show / no-show without notice: 100% of the room rate
Day of reservation: 80% of room rate
1 day before reservation: 20% of room rate
*Cancellation policies may vary depending on the dates covered by the stay and the plan.
In the case of groups of 9 or more persons, e.g. from the same booking, a group cancellation policy different from the plan cancellation policy will apply (please enquire separately). - The plan does not include breakfast. Can I add breakfast?
- Yes, you can add upon check-in. (1,650 yen per adult / tax included)
Or you can order directly at the restaurant.
(Prices and handling may vary depending on the time of year, such as year-end and New Year's holidays.) - I would like to play at Koraku Golf Club. Do you have a golf package plan?
- Golf package plans with Koraku Golf Club are also available.
Please let us know your preferred date, time, and number of people by phone or e-mail. We will contact you after checking availability.
About payment
- Can I pay by credit card or e-money?
- Yes, various credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments are accepted for payment at the front desk.
Examples of accepted e-money: PayPay / Rakuten Edy / LINE Pay / Rakuten Pay / Merpay / d-barai / au Pay / iD / nanaco / waon / QUICpay / Suica / ICOCA / Pasmo / ALIPAY / WeChat Pay / Union Pay QR Code Payment etc. - I would like a receipt issued in my company's name.
- Receipts will be issued at the front desk for reservations made through the official website or paid directly at the hotel.
About Rooms
- Are there any smoking guest rooms available?
- All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. There is one smoking booth in the hotel, located in the lobby of the conference and banquet hall on the 4th floor.
- Can I request an extra bed?
- Yes, extra beds can be requested for rooms over 24m². Please let us know by phone or in the request section.
Price for extra bed is 3,300 yen/night per bed (tax included).
Some rooms may not be able to be requested due to room type or other reasons, in which case we will contact you separately. - I made a reservation under the Run of the House (no room type specified), however, can I request a room type or a higher floor?
- Please note that the Run of House (no room type) is a plan where rooms are assigned based on availability at the time of check-in, and we are unable to accept any room requests.
Please select your preferred room when making reservations.
*Requests for smoking or non-smoking rooms cannot be accommodated. - Is there a large public bath?
- No, there is no large public bath in the hotel. The bathroom in the room is a modular bath. Complimentary bath additives are available at the front desk upon request.
- Are there rooms with separate bathrooms and toilets?
- Yes, only corner twin rooms (36.4m²) and corner double rooms (36.4m²) have separate bathroom and toilet. Please note that the bath and basin are in the same place and there is no washing area.
- Do you have barrier-free rooms?
- No, we do not have a dedicated barrier-free room.
The 24m² or 36m² twin and queen double rooms do not have big steps in the room, so some guests in wheelchairs are able to use these rooms.
You can only enter the modular bathroom forward from the entrance. Please note that directional changes are not possible. - We are staying in a group. Is it possible to get rooms close to each other?
- Upon request, we will arrange the rooms on the same floor as much as possible.

About Facilities and Services
- I would like a humidifier in my room.
- All rooms are equipped with air purifiers with humidification functions. Please use it freely.
(When using the humidification function, please fill with water.) - Is there a coin-operated washer/dryer or laundry service?
- Yes, there is laundrette on the 7th floor. Please have 100 yen coins ready for use.
(We can also exchange coins at the front desk.)
We also have laundry service. If you drop off your laundry at the front desk by 10:00 a.m., we will return it to you after 6:00 p.m. on the same day. (Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) - What time is check-in / check-out?
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
(Conditions may vary depending on the plan you book. Please refer to your reservation conditions.) - Can I have an early check-in or late check-out?
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is available with a fee.
Please request early check-in at least one day in advance.
If you wish to check out late, please contact the front desk during your stay.
Prices vary depending on the room and number of guests, and range from 800 yen to 2,500 yen per hour. Depending on the availability before and after, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Please inquire us for details. - Can I send my suitcase in advance?
- Yes, please write the check-in date and the full name of your booking on the slip and send it to us. Please note that we do not accept parcels require payment upon delivery.
- Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
- Yes, you can leave your luggage with us at any time. Please let us know at the front desk.
Staying with Children
- I will stay with my children. What kind of rooms are available?
- For families, the Hollywood Twin Room (a room set up with two twin beds attached) and the Connect Room (a twin and double rooms that are connected) are popular. Some rooms can accommodate an extra bed or baby crib, so please ask us for more details.
- Is there a charge for a co-sleeping child?
- One child per adult will be free of charge for co-sleeping. (If your booking plan includes breakfast, breakfast fee for children over 6 years old will be charged separately.)
- Do you have pajamas or amenities for children who co-sleeping?
- No amenities are provided for children who co-sleeping. Please be noted that children's size pajamas are not available.
Towels, slippers, and toothbrushes are available for children upon request at the front desk. - Is it possible to add a crib or extra bed?
- Yes, only one crib or extra bed can be added to double and twin rooms over 24m².
Price for cribs is 1,200 yen/night per crib (tax included). Price for extra bed is 3,300 yen/night per bed (tax included).
About Parking
- Where is parking located?
- The affiliated parking lot "Amity Nishikawa" is located on the east side of this building

Please bring your parking ticket to the front desk to receive the discounted rate.
(Standard car: 800 yen, High-roof car: 1,000 yen, cars exceeding the limit: ground level parking lot: 1,500 yen and up)
When parking lot attendants are not available late at night or early in the morning, please ask the front desk. - Can I reserve a parking lot?
- This is a multi-story parking lot, so reservations are not required, but even if the lot is full, guests' cars can be parked at one of the locations.
(Please understand this in advance that we may need to move your car. )
Please contact us if you are coming with a large car that will not fit in the multi-story parking lot. - Can you tell me the size of the car that will fit in the multi-story parking lot?
- Height 205 cm, width 185 cm, weight 1.85 t. Please contact us if you are coming with a large car that will not fit in the multi-story parking lot.
(Passenger cars only / No parking for buses or trucks.) - Can I use the parking lot before check-in or after check-out?
- Yes.(Additional fees will be charged. Prices may vary depending on the type of car and time of day.)
- I would like to reserve a ground level parking lot.
- For cars of a size that will not fit in the multi-story parking lot, reservations can be made for a ground level parking lot. Please contact us with the model and type of your car or the size of your car. (Passenger cars only / No parking for buses or trucks.)
The number of ground parking lots is limited, and priority is given to large cars. Even if you have already reserved a ground parking lot, we may ask you to park your car in the multi-story parking lot if your car fits into the multi-story parking lot. (Please understand this in advance that we may need to move your car. ) - Is it possible to move my car from the parking lot during my stay?
- You can move your car from the parking lot and to load and unload your luggage as many times as you like during your stay, 24 hours a day.
The parking lot is open from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Please inform us in advance before check-in if you wish to use the parking area after business hours, as it will be attended by a staff member.
Please note that an urgent request will take time.
